The rudeness of their non-medical staff starts with the phone message: if you call at 8 AM, the message, after obligatory 'if this is a life threatening emergency, hang up and call 911' - which I find obnoxious, continues explaining that the office is closed and to call in 'normal business hours'. If 8 AM is not normal business hours, they should specify what is.
Receptionists do not get kinder when you get them on the phone or go in in person.
The doctors are OK.
Rare are Women's health places where the staff is so unfriendly and rude.
